This 8-week coaching series is cultivated by me—rooted in my personal struggles (my best teacher), my studies, training, and path to certification as a transformational coach, 11 years of teaching yoga and meditation, and the ongoing work I do on myself from a deep place of vulnerability where I know true change can only happen when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable.

Just like you, I have a dream, and I want it to come true, but I didn't know how, or what it takes, and I don't have people in my life who understand or want the same thing, so it has been a lonely journey — I took online courses, read self-help books, traveling to places, you name it — and it took me many years to finally reach a place where I feel I finally get it.
