How to prepare for your first class in the studio.

If this is your first time practice yoga in the studio, please take a moment to read, and fee free to Send us a Message Here if you have any questions.

    1. Please refrain from wearing fragrances, or cologne to class.

    2. If you are experiencing some coughing or know you are still not fully recovered from being sick, please give youself more time before your return to the studio. We will give you more time to recover your unlimited membership. Thank you for your consideration.

    3. Please let us know if you have any special need (exp: leave early, knee pain, or anything that you think your instructor should know so we can support you better.)

  • We have everything in the studio, including water and 3 yoga mats if you need one, but let us know ahead of time so we can save a mat for you (no mat fee). Come light and enjoy your self-care time.

  • We suggest you wear comfortable, non-restrictive workout clothing. You do not need to bring anything else besides your yoga mat. Also, our studio is located on the 3rd floor, so be prepared to walk up and down the stairs with your belongings.

  • We offer a comfortable environment for small group classes. Please sign up beforehand to reserve your spot, we only take 8 people for Sunday’s restorative because this class we use more props, and we take 10 people for the rest of class, so our teacher is be able the assist you to improve your practice.

  • We suggest you come to low-impact classes such as Sunday’s restorative, or Tuesday’s Deep Stretching and meditation to help your body recover with care and ease with compassionate suggestions and support with the yoga props in the studio.
