As we enter the new year, this is a time for reflection and tuning inwards, yet often the demands of daily modern living keeps us moving in many directions. What if you decided to do something different to nourish yourself in the new year?
In January, Marianne invites you to join her in the comfortable, supportive space of Yoga In DeMun as she guides you through postures to unite breath and body, mind and spirit to align your energy centers and open you to the possibility of what you will create on the blank page. Marianne combines her background and love for teaching writing with practices to free up energetic spaces that allow you to move deeper into your own experience. In this interactive workshop, you will gain a greater sense of community with new friends and a deeper sense of self.
After guiding yoga and breathing exercises, Marianne will offer writing prompts, time to write, and time to give insightful feedback on each other's writing pieces. This workshop is for you if you are curious about the transformative effect of yoga and writing in community. All are welcome. Come as you are.
Good to know:
All yoga essentials such as mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are available for you. Please dress in layers and bring a journal, notebook, or any other writing instrument that you prefer. No yoga or writing experience is needed.

This workshop is limited to 15 people. Please register and pay at the studio or online by January 7th to reserve your space.
