Gentle Flow and Meditation 冥想

PS: Students will receive zoom link 2 hours before class begins.
This is a all-levels, blend of gentle Vinyasa + Restorative class begins with gently flowing movement to connect with your breath to build a sense of wholeness, then slowly moving with longer-held postures to build your full-body strength and endurance to increase balance and leg power by using props (yoga blocks or pillow) to support you in the process. A 75 mins practice exploring right-effort and harmonious physical alignment that leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after your day.
