Empowering yourself to intuitively and authoritatively address your need as they arises to reducing your pain, irritation, or emotional suffering in a self-compassionate and long-lasting way. A New Model of Self-Care Healthcare
In this session, Christy will help you alleviate tension and pain you currently experiencing with 3 different sizes of dense "grip & grab" texture of therapy balls that provide a deep myofascial massage that helps you identify blind spot in your body that often overlook until the pain revealed. Massage these spots has a benefit of improving circulation and perfusion among the internal and external surfaces of your tissues. When your tissues are clear of the cellular debris that accompanies aches and pains, your muscles function and "breathe" better on the inside. You will go home with a pair of therapy balls. They will catapult your ability and awareness to heal yourself and prevent further injury.
First Session : $100.00

I contacted Christy last month for a private session using yoga balls with the hope that it would alleviate life-long neck & back pain. I had no prior experience or knowledge of working with yoga balls and I liked how Christy spent time with me in the first part of our meeting helping me understand the anatomy of muscles and how tension can easily build up without proper stretching (or yoga ball work).
