A wonderful way to rest deeply and turn inward. This class is focused on calming the central nervous system
and relaxing, healing your body. This gentle style of yoga uses soothing and well-supported poses to restore
the natural rhythm dissolve tension, and experience a deep sense of well-being that will support you well after the session is over.
You are supported by yoga essential such as medium hard, firm bolsters, blocks, and customized lavender-filled eye pillow
to release your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation from the inside out.
This class is limited to 14 people only. Walk-ins are welcome but space is no guaranteed.
