First Time Student Guidelines
To experience the optimal benefits of yoga, it's important to practice regularly.
We recommend a minimum of 2 times per week, more if you can make the time.
Whether in class or at home, practicing yoga on a consistent basis will accelerate your
learning and greatly enhance your overall health.
Wear comfortable clothes that breathe and allow you to move freely such as shorts, T-shirts, tights and leotards.
Come to class with clean bare feet. Avoid eating a heavy meal 1-2 hours before practice and mind your hygiene.
Please come without heavy jewelry and perfume.
