Whether clearing your closet, or your contact list, Intentional Release is a kind of self care,

Patricia is offering a class on the last weekend of 2018 to encourage your personal, intentional, send-off to clutter. Body, mind and spirit.
Expect 10 minutes to write or simply rest, 20 minutes of gentle movement, followed by an hour of Restorative poses. Practice will be enhanced by your creative use of props and Patricia's thoughtful prompts. Clear some space for your new year to come.
