Tonight is also the New Moon at 10:40 p.m., here in St. Louis. The New Moon is a time for new beginning, for introspection and a wonderful time to plant seeds of our desired direction. It is a time to be gentle with ourselves, allowing our emotions to connect and reveal the wisdom from within. We will light the candle for each one of you. Make yourself at home, and allow your body and mind to express in whatever you feel comfortable. That could include resting, gentle movement, meditating, journaling, and simply soaking in the calm, peaceful atmosphere.
