Slow Flow & Meditation

We practice basic poses in this class, yet its very important to set a steady foundation.
A gentle, slow- paced Yoga class designed for beginners and anyone looking for a simple practice to build strength,
flexibility, rehabilitating from past injuries, and experienced students who want a slower paced, less strenuous class. Slow down your practice so you can see and feel more.
You will learning and exploring the safe and correct way for each posture and how to modify your posture by using yoga pros such as blocks and strap
to support your body according to age, strength and flexibility.
Receive individualized attention and hands-on assists in a safe and open learning environment.
Students are free to ends their final practice with either savasana (The entire body is relaxed into the ground)or seated meditation.
Yoga for Strength & Flexibility
Strength and flexibility are among the most important factors when it comes to feeling
comfortable and confident in your body. The intention of this class is to build the flexibility and strength
we needed for our daily life and regular yoga practice by incorporating yoga workouts into your exercise regimen,
you can also increase your range of motion, reduce your stress levels, and improve your posture.
It is especially beneficial for those who find themselves stiff, sore or tired from over exertion in work or sport.
Class designed focus on building strength: arms, shoulders, core, lower back and leg to prevent injury.
This is a challenging class, in which more advanced backbends, arm balances, and inversions will be incorporated into the breath synchronized flow of vinyasa.
Expect your heart rate and energy to rise and your physical and mental strength to be challenged. Instruction is concise, experience with vinyasa yoga is encouraged, and you should be
open to take your practice to the next level and explore to more challenge poses such as supported shoulder stand and full wheel poses.
The term Vinyasa refers to the relationship of movement and breath, a method which turns static yoga postures into a dynamic flow.
The length of one inhale or one exhale dictates the length of time spent transitioning between postures. Poses are then held for a predefined number of breaths.
The attention is placed on the breath and the journey between the postures rather than solely on achieving perfect body alignment in a pose.
You will move through a complete practice of stretching, balancing, twisting,strengthening your core and resting.
Make sure move with awareness and mindfulness. Let your body guides you and only practices postures that are appropriate and safe for you.

Deep Stretch & Meditation

This class offers a deep opening for the muscles around the hips, lower back and legs. Its pace alone allows you to sink into a beautiful state of calm .
Deep Stretch Yoga has been used for thousands of years to improve meditation practices. These yoga postures, when held for a longer duration, help us get in touch with the inner consciousness and manifest their benefits at the physical, mental and spiritual levels.

A wonderful way to wind down your day. This class is focused on calming the central nervous system
and relaxing , healing your body. This gentle style of yoga uses soothing and well-supported poses to
restore the natural rhythm dissolve tension, and experience a deep sense of well-being that will support
you well after the session is over.
Students are supported by yoga essential such as medium hard, firm bolsters, blocks, strap and
customized lavender-filled eye pillow to support your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation from the inside out.
(Beginner-All Levels )
Zazen means seated meditation. Part of Zen practice is taking time every day
to sit in a balanced position in which the mind and body are allowed to relax and focus.
Regularly mediation helps you clear your mind and increase your ability of concentration,
as a result, better stress management and more productive .
Class starts with 10 mins morning yoga followed by 20 mins sitting morning meditation.
All Levels :
This is an open level class designed to practice different breathing techniques with two main objectives :
rest the mind and energize the body. It is suitable for students new to yoga and will offer modifications that
will provide a well-rounded practice accessible to every-body.
Levels I - II (Moderate)
Ideal for those ready to deepen their practice and move from yoga basics
into a more moderately paced class.
Levels II - III ( Energetic/Challenging)
It is advised that you have regularly attended class and have an understanding of the basic poses,
standing poses, inversions, arm balances, backbends and sun salutation.
A challenging, stimulating class.
