Dear Subscriber First Name I hope you are doing well, and enjoy this time of the year, step into some opportunities for connection, whether it’s for a coffee or a return to your book club. Make time for the things you enjoy. I just made lasagna today :) Lately, I’ve heard more and more people expressing a desire to feel more connected with themselves, and with other people, and I love the idea of creating opportunities to come together, exchange our thoughts and ideas , and what drives us crazy, and what drives us to do what we do. One of the great joys for me of being a yoga teacher is that I get to meet people naturally, and many people are doing amazing things in the community; it’s just that we seem to be showered with negative news every day, and we don’t hear enough about, or know them personally, who are trying to make our world a more loving place, and they are among us! Maybe just live across street from you:) Yoga and meditation tend to draw people who feel deeply and care deeply. So, I want to start with two incredible women. They show me what a Sacred Heart means in action, and they taught me that when you feel something needs to happen/change, and you go ahead and do whatever you can with action and collaboration, it can change lives, one person at a time. You may have seen them in yoga class, and I hope now you’ll get to know them a little more, beyond the class.
